In Memory of Miguel Calero

Four years ago, the greatest icon in the history of Tuzos del Pachuca, Miguel Calero, passed away.

The Colombian goalkeeper died in 2012 due to a heart and respiratory failure caused by thrombosis, leaving a great sorrow in both Tuzos and a legacy in the figure of his son, Juan José, who today, just like the Hidalgo club, remembers him fondly.

"Four years later, we are still together in this dream. Thank you for everything you left me, for being the best father and for passing on your love for Tuzos. I love you," Pachuca striker wrote on his Twitter account.

The current Liga MX champion didn't fall behind and dedicated the profile picture of their social media accounts to Miguel, accompanied by large wings. Homage messages for the goalkeeper were spread throughout the day.
