About 'Fast & Furious X'

Who was this character? It is Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) who, upon hearing this audio, sends a unique message: "I'm not hard to find, ca***." That's right, the villain of this new installment is aware that Hobbs caused the death of his father.
