La Paz and Santa Cruz were ready to receive both reggaeton artist Don Omar and the duo Zion and Lennox last December; however, due to the civic strike that took place at the beginning of that month in Bolivia, the artists decided to reschedule their performances.

The new dates for the concerts were postponed to this past weekend, and when it seemed that this time there would be no inconvenience for their fans to enjoy an unforgettable show, a statement from the Bolivian authorities shocked their followers.
Artists and involved family members
The Deputy Minister of User and Consumer Defense of the highland country filed charges of "aggravated fraud" against William Omar Landron Ribera, popularly known as 'Don Omar', as well as against his manager and his brother Héctor. The complaint would have been based on the new postponement of their performances.
Due to the delay in the flight of Zion and Lennox, who would accompany the successful artist, their concerts had to be postponed for one day, which also resulted in the detention for over three hours of the Puerto Rican duo upon their arrival in Bolivia. Finally, their lawyer reported their releases.
Silvestre Ibáñez announced that his clients had reached a "settlement" with the highland authorities and that they had finally agreed on the rescheduling of both their performances and their upcoming flights. Don Omar also expressed his willingness to cooperate on Twitter.
