The MLS grand final filled all the participants inside the LAFC Stadium with excitement, as most people in the stands wanted to see the local team crowned champion. The excitement was overflowing even for Justin Bieber, who was present at the Banc of California Stadium to see Carlos Vela win.
The passion for soccer was known to be present in the Canadian singer, as he had been linked to football players in previous years, and in this match, he once again shared the excitement that the sport brings him.
The surprise happened in the first half, as, like any fan, Bieber fervently protested a foul on Mexican forward Carlos Vela. In fact, at the moment they fouled Vela, he could be seen furious, shouting and raising his arms.
This was not the only time he was seen getting excited in the match, as during one of LAFC's goals throughout the game, he celebrated with another Mexican star, actor Jaime Camil, known as one of the celebrities with the most passion for the team, who was also present in this match and luckily got to celebrate the first championship of the LAFC at home.
How did the MLS final end?
In a thrilling final full of excitement, Los Angeles FC (LAFC) defeated Philadelphia Union 3-0 in a penalty shootout on Saturday and thus won their first MLS Cup. Both teams drew 2-2 in regulation time and 3-3 in extra time.
