The owner of Chivas, Amaury Vergara, got out of his van to take photos and sing chants with the fans of the team who gathered outside the team's concentration hotel in Puebla.

"Thank you very much for always being with the team," said Amaury Vergara to the Chivas fans, while attending to photo and autograph requests, prior to the repechage match against Puebla.

Before Amaury Vergara, players like Fernando Beltrán went out to sign autographs and World Cup 2022 albums hours before the match against La 'Franja'. They also shouted at Alexis Vega and Roberto Alvarado, but they didn't attend because they were in the technical talk

Moments later, in a white van, Amaury Vergara appeared, who has often been rejected by the red-and-white fans, and now celebrated by the Chivas followers, who hope to see their team in the quarterfinals of the Apertura 2022.

The Rebaño entered the repechage and needs to defeat Puebla to have the chance to face América in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Amaury Vergara takes the opportunity to celebrate with the red-and-white team, he didn't talk about reinforcements or promises, he says the team is "focused on Puebla," with a pause, "nothing more."

Vergara, outside Chivas' concentration hotel, took the opportunity to raise his fist and, together with the El Rebaño followers, shout "Chivas! Chivas!" hoping that their players listen and get fired up in the Cuauhtémoc stadium, to qualify for the quarterfinals and possibly meet their most hated rival, América, in a possible Clásico Nacional.
