The full-back is the first transfer after Grupo Pachuca became the main shareholder of the Spanish team
The Mexican full-back, Daniel Alonso Aceves, is the first transfer between Pachuca and Real Oviedo, after the group of Mexican businessmen became the main shareholder of the second division team in Spain.
Aceves will reinforce Real Oviedo next season, aiming to make the Spanish team's return to the First Division possible in the medium term.
"The family grows, I am Alonso Aceves and I am eager to be with you, see you soon, let's go Oviedo," says the Pachuca's homegrown player in his video presentation with the Spanish team.
"Real Oviedo has reached an agreement with CF Pachuca to acquire, through a loan, the left-back Alonso Aceves until the end of the 22/23 season," added the Iberian team on its website.
The Mexican defender was a starter in the last tournament under Guillermo Almada's command, and he was able to lead the Hidalgo team to the final in Clausura 2022, which they lost against Atlas.
Aceves is 21 years old and has been considered for the Mexican youth national teams, in addition to being one of the stalwarts of the Pachuca's youth academy.
Despite the transfer, Martín Peláez, who will be in charge of Real Oviedo after the purchase of 51% of Grupo Pachuca's shares, has made it clear that they do not seek to "Mexicanize" the Spanish team, so there will not be many transfers between the Mexican club and the Iberian one.

Grupo Pachuca, according to the organization's president, aims to bring the Spanish team to the First Division, as it did with its own club, León, Everton in Chile, and during its involvement with Talleres de Córdoba in Argentina, all of them now in the top league.
Aceves joined Grupo Pachuca since the U15 level and went through the U15, U17, U20 categories, and made his debut in the first team. Now, he will try his luck at Real Oviedo in Spain, which has Mexican investment.
