San Lorenzo de Almagro claims 30% of the negotiation and payment for Germán Berterame training rights
The Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro is considering reporting the transfer of Germán Berterame to Rayados to FIFA, seeking compensation for 30% of the negotiation between Atlético de Madrid and Monterrey, as the Argentine team holds that percentage of his contract and training rights.
Reported by the program Debate and TyC Sports, San Lorenzo's team believes that there was a triangulation between the colchoneros, the San Luis Athletic Club, and Rayados so that the Argentine forward could join the northern team as a free player for 8 million dollars.
Various sources informed ESPN that no claim has been received at the offices of Atlético de Madrid and Atlético de San Luis. However, there is fear about the signing in the potosino territory.
The situation is unrelated to Rayados, as in the event of financial compensation, it would be a payment of 30% for the player's federative rights from the Madrid team to the Buenos Aires team.
In this regard, the sports president of Rayados, Duilio Davino, pointed out that they do not see any conflict on their part and that if the Argentine club has any complaints, he does not understand why it would be against them.
"I believe that both the player and Rayados have nothing to do with it. If San Lorenzo had an agreement with any team, they should deal directly with that team."
Germán Berterame arrived on Sunday, July 3, in Nuevo León, and on Monday, he was presented as the new reinforcement of the team led by Víctor Manuel Vucetich.
