GUADALAJARA -- The legal representative of Dieter "N", Enrique Venegas, denied that it is considered misconduct for the player to have met with his teammates on his days off, so far, it would not have any repercussions on the sports side with Chivas.

In an interview for ESPN Digital, the lawyer emphasized that if the directive determines that the meeting at one of the players' homes is considered misconduct, it will be the club that establishes a sanction for the Guadalajara player, in addition to the other involved elements.

"Well, if the players are not authorized to meet among themselves in one of their homes, after a game where they have two days off, if that is considered misconduct, then they should apply it in the internal regulations and they will determine it."

In the face of a possible approach by the players Eduardo López, Alexis Pena, and José Juan Vázquez to the lawyer for legal representation, Enrique Venegas revealed that they have not approached him since they do not appear and have not been considered actors or accused.

"There is no existence, they do not appear and are not involved, they have not been accused or anything, as actors they are not," he added.

Finally, regarding the moment that midfielder Chivas, Dieter "N" is going through, the legal representative stated that it is an accusation that has already affected his career, even though no determination has been made by the authorities.

"It is something that has already affected his career and it is a very unfortunate accusation because by simply mentioning it, whether it is true or not, it is already bringing him a lot of prejudice," he concluded.
