According to the agency Sport Press, they have also been summoned to testify before the Executive Committee of the governing body of national football, after the Veracruz team and its owner, Fidel Kuri Grajales, were disaffiliated from national football on December 4 of last year.

Even someone close to the matter said that they will travel to FIFA in the coming days, after assembling the complete file of the Tiburones Rojos, as it is considered that the disaffiliation "is not valid" and the authorities will have to clarify how things unfolded.
On the other hand, reporter Víctor Artega (Sport Press) points out that "based on the provisions of Article 158 of the Organic Law of the Judicial Power of the Federation (PJF), the judge ordered the processing of the corresponding documents and the commissioning of any of the judicial officers to notify the Federation as soon as possible, as well as each member of the General Assembly, in addition to De Luisa and Bonilla.
"In this way, progress in Kuri Grajales' Amparo trial continues in a historic fact, as never before has a process against the organization gone this far," says the journalist of said agency.
Another pending issue is the situation of Alejandro Irarragori and the problems that arose with Kuri Grajales, but there were no comments on that matter, under the idea that everything will be revealed and those responsible for unclear situations in the Veracruz team disaffiliation process will be exposed.
