MEXICO -- José Juan Macías has become a good luck charm for Chivas, as every time the forward has scored with the red and white jersey, the team from Guadalajara ends up winning the match, just like in the match against Leon, where he scored his tenth goal with Chivas, in the match corresponding to the eighth matchday of the Clausura 2020.
José Macías was in charge of opening the scoring against the "esmeraldas", a goal that besides leading the victory for Chivas, was his sixth in Liga MX with the Chivas jersey, in the previous five occasions he also contributed to the victory.
The young attacker's good luck has even reached the Copa MX, a competition in which he has two goals, one against Juarez and another against Morelia, on both occasions the Guadalajara team came out victorious.
Macías also has two goals with Chivas in the Concacaf Champions League, both of which he scored in the 2018 edition during the Round of 16 against Cibao, scoring in both the first leg and the second leg.
