GUADALAJARA -- Hundreds of people entered the Akron Stadium to participate in the religious ceremony in which they will bid farewell to Jorge Vergara.
The Guadalajara venue was home to the faithful, friends of the deceased, Omnilife executives, Chivas employees, their entire staff, as well as Mexican football executives.

At the event, Jorge Vergara's remains are not present. It will only be held to "celebrate the life" of the businessman.
The religious ceremony began at 12:00 pm with nearly five thousand attendees, including all members of the Omnilife-Chivas organization from different parts of the country, as well as Mexican football executives.
Among these, the presence of Grupo Pachuca clubs, Grupo Orlegi, as well as representatives from Toluca, Cruz Azul, and the president of Femexfut Yon de Luisa, and Enrique Bonilla, head of the Liga BBVA MX, stands out.
