PACHUCA -- Argentine Martín Palermo left his continuity with Pachuca up in the air, indicating that he has not yet spoken with the management about his future, after the 2-0 victory over Pumas.
"We finished in the best way with our people and getting the victory. I am satisfied with what these 10 months were and it is a great experience. My lack of experience may have led me to make not good decisions, but we will have to rethink why Pachuca did not have the prominence of previous years," he said.
"We made young players debut with the first team, but I leave calmly and then I have to wait for the moment and my intention is to continue in Mexican soccer and, if possible, here where I am. I can't say more, because I haven't had a conversation about my future," he stated.
Palermo expressed that he would not consider his departure unjust and reiterated that he will wait to speak with the Tuzos' directors.
"I would not take it as unfair in relation to the evaluation they can make and positions can arise in relation to what we have done and I will have to listen to their opinion of our work and what we did," he commented.
