Zacatepec, led by Ricardo Valiño, occupies the first place in the Group I table with three points thanks to their victory (3-2) over Atlas in the second matchday, in which Pachuca had a rest.
The team led by Argentine Martín Palermo, on the other hand, failed to defeat the 'Zorros' in the opening match of the tournament and achieved a draw (1-1) in their Copa debut.
