Alejandro Duarte will continue his career abroad. The goalkeeper has been officially announced as the new player of the Club Atlético Zacatepec, an institution that plays in the Mexican football promotion league.
"Peruvian selected, first division goalkeeper, comes from Lobos BUAP. Because the fans asked for it... Welcome Alejandro Duarte!" said the 'Cañeros' through the club's social media.

The former Juan Aurich goalkeeper had become a free agent after reaching an agreement to terminate his contract with Lobos BUAP. The 25-year-old goalkeeper, who was rumored to return to Peruvian football, will continue in Mexico.
With the 'Manada' jersey, the national goalkeeper played in four matches: one in the Liga MX and three in the Copa MX. In those experiences, the '1' conceded a total of five goals.
