Toluca's Interest in Álvaro Negredo

For that reason, the key figures of Toluca have sought out Álvaro Negredo, the striker of Besiktas. In fact, Turkish media have revealed the interest of the Mexican team in the services of the forward.

The websites 'Posta' and 'Aspor' reported that Toluca contacted the Spanish attacker to offer him 2.5 million euros. However, the player, who was developed in Real Madrid's youth teams, rejected the Liga MX side.

The 'Diablos Rojos' were willing to pay Álvaro Negredo an annual salary of 1.5 million euros. The amount is not tempting at all for the former Manchester City player, who earns 4 million in Turkey.

Besiktas' high command is satisfied with the amount that Toluca would pay for Negredo. However, it is the player who will decide what will happen with his future.
