The Promotion Final that Alebrijes de Oaxaca and Cafetaleros de Tapachula will play is currently in danger of not taking place, as both teams are analyzing not to play it, since in no case will they be promoted to Liga Bancomer.

However, the Competition Regulation is very clear in the sense that only six teams have the right to Promotion. Both teams consider this measure 'unfair' and have already informed the Mexican Football Association about it.

The anger lies in the fact that both teams do not agree on why they do not review the requests to the teams before saying that they will not comply with the certification, so the League believes that they create regulations at their convenience.

In the next few hours, they will inform the authorities of the Promotion, in this case, Enrique Bonilla, President of the League, as they believe that not having promotion and fighting for an economic prize does not benefit them in terms of exposure and salaries that are handled in the First Division.

In the next few hours, more will be known about the issue, but for now, they want to carry out the measure until they have meetings with the authorities.
