Siboldi: Santos Has Not Won Anything Yet

Robert Dante Siboldi stated at the end of the match that his team defeated Querétaro, but it is not a moment to celebrate since Santos has not won anything yet. He has asked his players to stay focused.

"We haven't won anything yet, we take it one game at a time. Today we had a good match, we worked according to what the opponent was, who practically did not threaten our goal. We did a good defensive and offensive job, which has allowed us to move forward and now we will wait to learn about our next opponent," declared the strategist.

Siboldi praised all his players and showed fairness in the victory, trying to keep his players grounded.

He highlighted the work of all his players and emphasized that he will always turn to those who have recovered and are in better condition to be considered.

"The ones who played did very well. I insist that this is a very competitive squad, where anyone who enters performs well, and that is interesting. It is why we are where we are," he said.

"Player management is important to be in good shape for both tournaments. Now we will work on the next one, which is against Puebla, where we will try to maintain the good rhythm that the boys have in both competitions," he added.

Siboldi praised all his players and showed fairness in the victory, trying to keep his players grounded and continue fighting in the same way they have done so far.

Now he awaits the winner between Pumas and Necaxa to know his next opponent in the Cup, with the optimism generated by their performance in both tournaments.

On the other hand, Luis Fernando Tena acknowledged the superiority of Santos, who took control of the match with a goal in the 11th minute, while his team could not find a way to break the Laguna defense.

"Santos made it difficult for us to play. We tried to have the ball, but when we had it, we couldn't reach the goal with clarity. We came up against a good defense, but we also lacked the finishing touch," he commented.
