Lobos BUAP sends a request for an investigation regarding Pedro Aquino's expulsion

Lobos BUAP sent a request to the Disciplinary Commission for an investigation into the expulsion of their player Pedro Aquino during the 11th round match against Chivas.

The team led by Rafael Puente Jr. found the action, where the Peruvian midfielder received a second yellow card before a corner kick in favor of his team, to be "manifestly erroneous".

The Disciplinary Commission stated that they will "analyze the evidence presented and determine what is appropriate".

This request comes a day after Rafael Puente Jr. erupted against the referee of said match, Diego Montaño, accusing him of not having the quality to officiate in the First Division.
