The Cruz Azul players began their coaching work this week to help them get out of the bad moment they are experiencing in the Clausura 2018, where they are in 16th place with eight points.
Chilean defender Enzo Roco stated that the sessions with the specialist could take some time and made it clear that "he is not a magician" to reverse the situation in a few days.
"It is a process that takes time and one more tool that we are given in terms of nutrition, physical aspect, and therapies. It is good for us because everything adds up and we need to focus on the weekend. He is not a magician who will fix this, it is a process and we are going in the right direction," he said.
Enzo reiterated that working with psychologist Bernardo Ángulo "is a tool and will make us better players. Personally, I do extra work. Everything adds up. We cannot blame ourselves for anything and focus on what the club needs, and if something comes, it will be welcome," he said.
With 10 matches played, the South American still hopes to see La Máquina in the playoffs and supported his teammate Adrián Aldrete, who cried after losing 1-0 to Querétaro.
"Last season we brought joy to the fans when we secured the qualification and I think those expressions are pure feelings. Adrián is a great player and an excellent person, and we are all the same. We want to reverse this and there is still time," he said.
