PUEBLA -- The coach of Puebla, 'Ojitos' Enrique Meza, defended goalkeeper Moisés Muñoz and proclaimed that mistakes like the one made by the former American goalkeeper on Friday night against Tigres, do not happen again.

"There were moments when we took risks because we stopped having the ball, but we did a good job against an important team," expressed the Puebla coach.

He said that then "came Moisés's mistake and Acuña doesn't play alone. We generated opportunities and the mistake strengthened us," he said. Likewise, he stated that Muñoz "is very hardworking, we hope that this type of errors no longer happen."

The coach added: "We had to play Tabó as a center forward; 'Chatón' and him are going to help us a lot and that's why we brought them." On the other hand, regarding the controversy generated by the play in which it seemed that the ball had crossed the goal line, in the goal defended by Nahuel Guzmán, but that the referee did not validate, Enrique Meza affirmed that "technology has to be implemented so that this type of errors does not occur."

Finally, he stated that the victory in their first game of the championship "is important, because it is against the champion, not only for the three points; the team played better than it had been doing."
