The team Cruz Azul is considering reinforcing its squad for the Clausura 2018 with Macará player and Jonny Uchuari.

Despite the fact that it was thought they already had a complete squad for Clausura 2018, Cruz Azul could soon add Ecuadorian Carlos Feraud, who currently plays for Macará.

Miller Salazar, president of Macará, revealed in an interview with Gol Caracol that Cruz Azul has already inquired about the 27-year-old midfielder.

"There is a clear possibility that Feraud could join Mexican football. We are talking and if we can reach a good negotiation, it will be done. Otherwise, the player will continue in the team. The team that is interested in Feraud is Cruz Azul," he said.
