Copa Acuática Nelson Vargas Concludes Successfully

The 30th edition of the Acuática Nelson Vargas Cup concluded successfully, which took place at the Los Dorados Club pool in Oaxtepec, Morelos, where several swimmers showed their skills and progress in swimming.

The winner of the cup was Centro Deportivo La Loma, an invited team that accumulated a total of 651 points, and also took home 66 medals (27 gold, 22 silver, and 17 bronze).

The second place went to ANV Aguascalientes with 596.5 units, while Del Valle took the third position with a total of 478 points.

The standout swimmers were Diana Luna from Puebla and two-time Olympian Fernanda González from Acuática Nelson Vargas Santa Fé, scoring 36 points individually by registering a good time on the clock.

In the men's category, Juan Manuel del Pino from Acuática Nelson Vargas San Jerónimo, and Oscar Cárdenas from the Guadalajara team stood out with a total of 41 points each. Cárdenas is currently seeking qualification for the Central American and Caribbean Games.
