The Warriors of Santos Laguna are working for the visit they will make this Friday to León, which will be the beginning of the second half of the Apertura 2017 Tournament of the Liga MX Femenil.

The afternoon of Wednesday the lagunero team trained at the TSM facilities, where they played a scrimmage in preparation for the Jornada 8 match, in which the team will seek to recover ground, now with the experience they have gained from the first half.
Diana Carolina Sánchez Orozco, goalkeeper of the albiverde team, pointed out that the team is strengthened despite not having been able to return to the path of victory.
She is confident that they will recover starting with the match against the León team, whom they defeated in the opening match by 2 goals to 1, at the TSM.
"We are about to start the first match of the second half, we already know more about the opponents, we have greater knowledge of our rivals, it's step by step, match by match, we need to correct the mistakes we made in the first half, we are doing it and I see the team very well, very motivated and taking into account those small mistakes that cost us points."
She pointed out that they have focused on certain mistakes that have cost them games.
"We learn from mistakes, every training session is an opportunity to improve those specific mistakes so as not to repeat them. The team is gradually getting stronger, we are improving, we just need to achieve victory to reflect that improvement, now we will be in León and we will seek to score immediately," she added.
Carolina mentioned that being more united, the results will not be long in coming.
