Monterrey makes official the arrival of former AC Milan player, Leonel Vangioni, who seeks to be a reference with Rayados.
The Argentine midfielder won the Copa Libertadores with River Plate in 2015, an achievement that led him to AC Milan, where he spent the last year, playing 14 games and winning the Supercoppa Italiana.
Now, in Mexico, he will seek prominence, contending with recently signed foreign players such as Enner Valencia from Tigres and Keisuke Honda from Pachuca.
