In Chivas they only think about overturning Atlas in the return match of the Quarterfinals tomorrow
The defender, Jesús Sánchez, assured that the team led by Matías Almeyda has full faith in overturning the 1-0 defeat in the first leg at Estadio Jalisco.
"We don't think about falling, we are focused on reversing tomorrow and that is our only objective. We don't think about whether we will fall, that is not in our minds," said Sánchez.
The last time Chivas was able to overturn a playoff series after losing in the first leg was during Clausura 2006, when they lost the first match against Jaguares 3-2, but won 4-2 in the second leg at Estadio Jalisco.
In addition, 'Chapo' commented that a good result would help support their coach, who has not yet experienced a victory in the playoffs in the five matches he has directed.
"We focus on doing well what we have been doing, picking up a lot of things. We don't think about that. Matías is a great strategist, he has done a great job and we will try to support him tomorrow," concluded Sánchez.
