Four thieves burglarized the house of French player Theo Hernández, player of Milan, on Tuesday night while his six-month-old son and girlfriend, whom they forced to open the safe, were inside.
The incident took place at 9 o'clock in the evening (Italian time) about 40 kilometers from Milan, in the Italian municipality of Cassano Magnago, in the province of Varese, where the French national team player resides.
According to the initial police investigations, the gang of burglars deliberately waited for the 'rossonero' defender's girlfriend, the Italian influencer Zoe Cristofoli, to be alone in the property in order to force her to open the safe.
The value of the stolen goods has not yet been quantified, but local media reports suggest a substantial amount of "thousands of euros".
The investigations are still ongoing with the reconstruction of Cristofoli's account and the surveillance cameras in the area are being reviewed.
