A Scottish boy's heartfelt Christmas wish

A Scottish boy has given the world one of the most touching Christmas messages of the season. The young boy, whose name is unknown, wrote a letter with Christmas wishes for his deceased father and tied it to a balloon, hoping it would reach heaven.

In the letter, the boy explains to his father that he misses him and makes some requests for Christmas gifts.

"Hello dad, I'm writing you this letter to tell you that I miss you and to update you on what's happening. I know you're in heaven, but are you safe? I dream of waking up and finding a letter under my pillow written by you," the boy writes.

A Scottish boy ties his letter to his deceased father to a balloon "so it can reach heaven". He asks for a Real Madrid jersey for Christmas.
