The coach of Brazil Adenor Leonardo Bacchi, better known as "Tite", said he expected a more difficult match against Argentina.
This statement came after defeating the Argentine team 3-0 in the qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
"I expected more difficulty as the beginning of the match unfolded, but the game circumstances and Coutinho's mobility generated a numerical superiority in the midfield that gave us the ability to infiltrate," said the Brazilian strategist.
He also pointed out: "After Coutinho's goal, Argentina pushed their lines forward, mobility appeared with some adjustments in depth, and we redirected the ball's exit to the right side."
"It has been a start that I didn't imagine. The credit goes to the players," he emphasized.
Now Brazil will play against Peru on Tuesday at the National Stadium in Lima at 9:15 PM.
