Argentina National Team’s Struggle Without Messi

The Argentina National Team only managed to secure a draw in Peru. The absence of Lionel Messi once again had a major impact on the team, which only achieved one victory without the star during the qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup. With the Rosario forward, the blue and white team obtained three out of their four victories in the qualification process for the World Cup.

The only victory for the Albiceleste without the best player in the world happened on November 17th of last year against Colombia in Barranquilla, with Tata Martino as the coach.
