Chilean journalist from Fox Sports was outraged for only talking about Messi's retirement | Copa America | International Soccer

In the midst of a historic celebration for Chile, Fox Sports journalist 'mapocho' Christian Bozzo couldn't bear that the world press focused their reports on Lionel Messi's retirement from the Argentina National Team and not on the memorable campaign carried out by Juan Antonio Pizzi's team after winning the Copa America Centenario.

In the midst of a historic celebration for Chile, 'mapocho' journalist from Fox Sports, Christian Bozzo, could not bear that the world press focuses its information on Lionel Messi's retirement from the Argentina national team and not on the memorable campaign carried out by Juan Antonio Pizzi's team after winning the Copa América Centenario.

This situation led the Fox Sports journalist to lash out against his colleagues during a live broadcast. And his argument was based on the lack of "respect" from the world press for overwhelming the public with information about Lionel Messi's retirement.

"I can't believe it!" - exclaimed Christian Bozzo

"Chile is the champion. When we won in 2015, I heard the Uruguayans, Argentinians, etc., talking. They said it was the referees, that it was stolen, and they didn't give credit to the championship-winning team," said Chilean journalist Christian Bozzo in the opening seconds.

"If Messi leaves the national team, why should I care? Where does Vidal go, where does Alexis Sánchez go, where do the champions go? Enough is enough! I'm not going to go home and tell my son that Messi left the national team. In the time of gladiators, there are no second places. We have to respect the sport," added Christian Bozzo.

As the conversation flowed, the Chilean journalist became more passionate and, in the end, lost his temper and left the studio with strong statements.

"I want to talk about the champion. It's always the same story. When there's a segment about the championship-winning team, we stay and celebrate. I'm happy. But it's always the same nonsense," concluded the Chilean journalist.
