Initially, the bonus was $60,000, however, thanks to a bill, the president of Chile , Gabriel Boric , announced that this would change and now beneficiaries receive $120,000 pesos. This change takes place from the past month of April 2023, after the proposal was approved in Congress and according to the Government it will benefit 1.6 million households in the country. When do they pay the Duplicated March Bonus?

The economic benefit with the extra amount promised by the Government is delivered from the end of March and the best thing is that people do not have to apply for it, since it is automatic if you have already received the first payment.

According to the Minister of Labor, Jeannette Jara, 96% of those who receive the bonus will be able to collect it through their RUT Account, and the remaining group can go to the place where they usually collect other bonuses.
