- Beneficiaries of the Family Allowance and Maternity Allowance, from the Unique System of Family Benefits.
- Beneficiaries of the Family Subsidy (SUF).
- Beneficiaries of the users of the Security and Opportunities subsystem and families belonging to the Chile Solidario subsystem, such as:
- Person with disability, duly accredited in accordance with the qualification and certification established in article 13 of Law No. 20,422.
- Student with permanent special educational needs participating in the Ministry of Education's School Integration Program.
- Student enrolled in an educational establishment with a special education modality, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
- Students from 18 years old to 24 years and 11 months.
- Minors under 18 years of age.
