Due to its location in the region known as the Pacific Ring of Fire, Chile is among the South American countries facing the greatest impacts of natural disasters worldwide. In its territory, several events have been recorded, but two of them generate greater concern among the population: earthquakes and tremors. These phenomena are unpredictable and their intensity seems to be increasing over time. Therefore, it is vital to be alert to reports from the National Seismological Center (CSN) of the University of Chile to safeguard our lives.
