A Chilean soccer player became a trend on social media because of a curious situation. The player from Chimborongo of the Third Division A, Bryan Rosel, used some underwear from the brand Cailv Kerini, which was involved in a legal battle -which they won- against the famous American fashion house, Calvin Klein.
Cailv Kerini had its moment of fame in the match between Chimborongo and U de Chile, a game corresponding to the Cup being played in the Andean country.
The player from Chimborongo took off his shirt to wipe the sweat from his forehead, revealing the waistband of his underwear, which was from the brand Cailv Kerini. The image quickly went viral on social media.
In fact, they are... Cailv Kerini

Cailv Kerini prevails over Calvin Klein
In early April, a Chilean Industrial Property Court decided that Cailv Kerini could continue operating in the country, as it considered that it offered enough differences to not be confused with Calvin Klein.
"The requested sign Cailv Kerini presents sufficient graphic and phonetic differences with the founding brand of nullity."
