Suzy Cortez showed off the blue and garnet shirt on her social media, showing Messi's name and number. However, she made it clear that she never had direct contact with Messi.
"I want to clarify that I never sent photos to Messi. But I think his wife's decision is exaggerated. I am a Barcelona fan and I always send messages of support," she said.
However, according to media reports, Antonella Roccuzzo, the wife of the Argentine player, decided to block her from Messi's social media accounts because the model showed images in which the only thing covering her was the Barza garment.
"It's not my fault if Messi has a jealous wife who blocks me. I don't even know him, but it turns out that when I went to look at his profile I saw that he had blocked me and also several people close to him," Suzy replied to comments from people and media on social media.
