Cueva targeted by criminals. Extortionists continue to target national team player Christian Cueva. This time, the objective was his grandparents, who live in La Libertad.

Criminals took advantage of the fact that the player, currently without a team, is training on his own in the city of Trujillo to pressure him into paying this extortionate sum. That is why they directed this attack against his relatives who reside near the sea of Buenos Aires.

The police arrived at the scene of the attack, confirming the incident and starting the proceedings to once again try to locate the extortionists.

In August 2017, extortionists left a pineapple-type grenade inside a shoebox, along with a dead dove and an extortion note, in none other than the home of the player's father-in-law, in the El Molino urbanization in Trujillo. At that time, Cuevita was defending the colors of Sao Paulo in Brazil.
