Juan Draxler says Wolfsburg cannot believe they are already in the semifinals

The Wolfsburg midfielder, Julian Draxler, said today that his team cannot fall into the mistake of believing they already have one foot in the semifinals after defeating Real Madrid at home 2-0.

"We cannot fall into the mistake of believing that we already have one foot in the semifinals. We have won one match and nothing more," Draxler said after the game.

Furthermore, Draxler refused to qualify what happened as a miracle and said it should be seen as the result of good work.

"They are already talking about the miracle of Wolfsburg, maybe from the outside it looks like that but we see it differently. We have done a good job and we have been rewarded," he said.

"After two minutes we realized that we could achieve something against Madrid and we had the coolness to take advantage of our opportunities and do a good defensive job," he added.
