The player from Manchester United said that the "first goal" was achieved by qualifying "in a very difficult group" for the round of 16 of the tournament, something "very important", he highlighted in statements to the Brazilian channel SporTV.
Casemiro was one of the standout players of the 'verdeamarelo' team, decisive by scoring the only goal of the match in the 83rd minute, which gave Brazil their second consecutive victory.
With the tranquility of having qualified for the round of 16, the team led by Tite will play against Cameroon on Friday for the last match of group G.
