Cristiano Ronaldo is still not training with Manchester United in the current preseason. The Portuguese is noticeably absent from Erik Ten Hag's team, while the international press speculates about his future, stating that other clubs would be interested in signing him. Amidst this scenario, Spartak Moscow 'rejected' that 'CR7' would join their ranks.

But did the football player really contact this club? The answer is no. Everything was blown out of proportion due to a joke that the Russian institution made to the player on their social media, which went viral.

Spartak Moscow published some images that showed that they 'took the liberty' of giving a negative response to the supposed Cristiano Ronaldo through a private conversation.

Previously, Spartak Moscow also played another joke, but it was with the supposed account of Lionel Messi, in which it can be seen that the Russian Super League team receives a "no" from the 'Flea'.
