The AC Milan forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic is confident that Sweden will secure direct qualification to Qatar 2022. Currently, their national team is competing with Spain for the top spot in their qualifying group for the aforementioned football tournament. This competition will continue for the next two matchdays.
"We only have the last stretch left to reach where we want to be. But with my self-confidence, I'm sure everything will turn out fine," said Zlatan Ibrahimovic during a press conference, emphasizing that these are the types of matches that everyone wants to play.
The player himself preferred not to talk about the Sunday match against Spain in Seville and pointed out that he only thinks about Georgia: "game by game," he said.

"I am here because I am just one more player on the team. If Janne (Andersson, Swedish coach) wants me to play both matches, I will play. If he only wants me to play one, I will do it. It all depends on what he wants," he stated.
The Milan forward returned to the national team in March, five years after leaving it. Injuries prevented him from participating in the last European Championship and the following qualifying matches. "It's good to finally be here... I'm happy to be able to help and play," he said.
