However, Brazil came out strong in the second half and managed to turn the score in favor of Venezuela's National Team. Marquinhos scored the partial equalizer in the 71st minute, while Gabriel Barbosa scored the 2-1 in the 85th minute.
Gabriel Barbosa, known as Gabigol, was fouled and took the penalty kick to beat Wuilker Faríñez's goal. This way, Brazil turned the match around as the visiting team in the city of Caracas.

With this victory, the Brazilians have only tasted victories and remain in the qualifying stage, now with 27 points. On the other hand, the 'Vinotinto' stays with four points in last place.
