The Juventus announced this Friday the return of Massimiliano Allegri as head coach of the first team, replacing Andrea Pirlo, who was dismissed a few hours earlier.
"Welcome back Max #AllegriIN", is the message, published on Twitter, with which Juventus confirmed the return of the 53-year-old coach.
Massimiliano Allegri has already won five league titles leading Juventus between 2014 and 2019, as well as reaching two Champions League finals, but he was dismissed in 2019 to make way for Maurizio Sarri.
The Tuscan coach replaces Andrea Pirlo, who won the Italian Cup and the Italian Super Cup in his first full season as a coach. EFE
