The Argentine forward of Atlético de Madrid Ángel Correa pointed out after the victory against Real Sociedad (2-1) that allows them to accumulate 80 points in the lead, four above Barcelona and five above Real Madrid (which has one less game) that there are "two finals" left and they have to go "to death".
"I think it depends on us, we have two finals left and we have to go to death to win them," said the forward, author of the second goal of the match, in statements to 'Movistar LaLiga'.
That goal came after an assist from Uruguayan Luis Suárez. "It was a good pass he gave me, luckily it ended in a goal that helped us earn the three points at home," he explained.
Correa said that the result gives them "enormous happiness" to win "in such a difficult match" and with such a close ending, because of the goal scored by Real Sociedad player Ígor Zubeldia in the 83rd minute.
"I think it is more suffering being outside, especially the last minutes when one is wishing for the match to end, than being inside," admitted the Argentine. EFE
