Andrea Pirlo, Juventus coach, says he will not resign after the 0-3 defeat at home against Milan that knocked them out of the Champions League. He will continue "until the club allows it."
"It's hard to explain, many things didn't work. When you lose 3-0 in such an important match, you have to consider several things. No, (I don't plan to resign), I started with a lot of enthusiasm and I will continue. I work for a great club, I knew there would be difficulties, but I believe we can overcome this difficult moment. I will keep doing my job until I'm allowed to," he said after the match.
"I had a different project, I thought I would have a different team. I worked on some aspects, sometimes it went well, other times it didn't. I am convinced that I have an excellent team," he continued.
Juventus lost 0-3 at home against Milan and dropped to fifth position in Serie A, out of the Champions League, one point behind fourth-placed Napoli, and three points behind Milan and Atalanta.
He denied that the dressing room doesn't support him and considered that he cannot "reproach anything" to his players.
