Unai will continue at Osasuna until 2023 with a clause of 12 million
The Club Atlético Osasuna has announced the renewal of the Navarrese center Unai García until June 30, 2023, reinforcing the team's commitment to homegrown talent.
The Navarrese will have a release clause of 12 million euros in LaLiga Santander, Osasuna has reported in a statement.
Osasuna seeks to strengthen the defensive line that García shares with players like David García, with a contract until 2022, and Aridane, who will remain with the club until 2023.
The number 4 started his journey with the club in the youth teams and, since then, he has passed through all categories until his debut in June 2013 against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Key piece in Osasuna's two promotions
Later, and after establishing himself in the first team, García was one of the key players in the two promotions to Primera achieved in the 2015/2016 and 2018/2019 seasons.
