Pep Guardiola's Possible Departure from Bayern Munich
Pep Guardiola arrived at Bayern Munich in 2013 and since then he has been criticized and praised, especially the former, as he has not been able to win a Champions League title. Despite his success in the Bundesliga and the implementation of his style of play, he is not doing well and reportedly has his bags packed to move to another European league.

After three years at the helm of the Allianz Arena, the Spanish coach has not been able to establish an excellent relationship with the club's executives, and they have reportedly put pressure on him for not winning a Champions League title. His contract ends in June 2016 and he has not renewed it yet, and it seems like he won't.
German media have stated that his departure from Bayern is an "open secret". The newspaper Bild wrote "Everything indicates that he will leave (Guardiola)" and they claim that the former Barcelona coach has made this known to Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the president of the Bavarian club. The latter stated last month that the contract renewal offer would possibly be made at the end of December.
On the other hand, if this season is his last with Bayern, 'El Pep' would become the second longest-serving coach in the last 20 years, only surpassed by Otmar Hitzfeld who was in charge for six seasons. No coach has completed more than three seasons at Bayern since 1995. Louis van Gaal, Jürgen Klinsmann, Felix Magath, and Giovanni Trapattoni have also come and gone in Munich.
