The coach of the Spanish national team, Vicente Del Bosque, stated this Saturday, after the draw of the final phase of Euro 2016, that "it's not the best that there are quarrels between them", referring to an exchange of statements between Gerard Piqué and Álvaro Arbeloa, although he assured that it's a matter between clubs.
"It's not the best that there are quarrels between them. In the national team, when there have been problems, we have solved them. It's a matter of the clubs, the coach has nothing to say. When we are with the national team, we will take the necessary measures. I imagine we will have to talk to them", said Del Bosque about Gerard Piqué and Álvaro Arbeloa.
Meanwhile, Toni Grande, assistant to Del Bosque in the national team, had the same stance. "It doesn't concern us, it's a matter of the clubs. We haven't had any kind of problem. We are happy with their behavior when they come with the national team. Neither Vicente nor I get involved", he declared to a Spanish radio station.

Arbeloa had said that "someday" he would see the defender, whom he referred to as a "friend", on a comedy show called 'El Club de la Comedia', after the Barcelona player made a joke on Twitter following the improper lineup of the Russian Denis Cheryshev in a Copa del Rey match in Cádiz.
"It's just another tweet, that's it. I want to emphasize that Arbeloa told me he was a friend and I wouldn't consider him a friend, he's an acquaintance, a...quaintance, but not a friend", Piqué said this Saturday.
