Winter Transfer Market: The Most Expensive Signings
The winter transfer market is already history. After a tremendously agitated January in which several significant operations were closed, it is time to review the most expensive signings. The top spot is held by Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes, a player who leaves Sporting Lisbon to join Manchester United in exchange for €55m, which could increase to €80m depending on different variables.
In second place is right winger Dejan Kulusevski, who at just 19 years old has cost Juventus Turin €35m and will join the squad next season. Completing the podium is Brazilian youngster Reinier from Real Madrid, one of the great future bets of the team.
