Real Madrid Loan Defender Jesús Vallejo to Granada
One of the reasons why Real Madrid decided to loan Jesús Vallejo last summer was to give him playing time because the signing of Eder Militao didn't leave him with the best perspective at the Spanish team. That's why they chose the English team Wolverhampton, which presented a solid project with European participation, as they have shown this season.
However, the 23-year-old defender has had few opportunities with Nuno's squad, which is why he sought a change of scenery that the 'merengues' have also fought for, aware of his need for playing time. And the player has finally found a new destination with Granada, which welcomes him now among its ranks.
The Granada team is acquiring the services of this player, who arrives on loan with the intention of having more prominence in the second half of the season. Diego Martínez's team has decided to bet on him and he will presumably have a place in their plans within the defense.
@JesusVallejo joins #Granada.
He arrives on loan until June 2020.
He will be presented next Monday.
He trains this morning in Barcelona with his teammates. #EternaLucha
