New reinforcement for Nacional
Julián Benítez has already signed and has become a new reinforcement for Nacional for the 2020 season. The 32-year-old forward comes from CSA (Centro Sportivo Alagoano) from Brazil.
Benítez will have his third cycle in the Tricolor entity after his steps in the first semester of 2013 and throughout 2014, where he reached the runner-up of the Copa Libertadores de América after being defeated by San Lorenzo from Argentina.
With Nacional, Julián Benítez tasted glory by winning the Torneo Apertura 2013, being one of the main figures of that championship.
Julián becomes the fifth reinforcement of the Academy after the signings of Cristian Riveros, Guillermo Beltrán, Rodi Ferreira, and Colombian Farid Díaz.
The forward will join the preseason to make himself available to coach Roberto Torres. The Academy will play this season in the Copa Sudamericana against Brazil's Bahía.
